How many contemporary conversations can be managed by Agorà 6/24?
- Up to 15 contemporary conversations (6 CO lines + 1 doorphone line + 8 internals).
Does the pabx 6/24 require connection of dedicated telephones?
- Both standard or dedicated telephones such as Director. In this case it’s necessary a 4 wires connection (2 dedicated for lights field and 2 for telephone line).
Can a house phone system be connected to the switchboard?
- Yes, with house phone interface 4+n, equipped with 3 door phone calls, 3 door opening relays and 4 actuator relays in configuration NC / NO or 800/1600 ms.
Is an ISDN basic access compatible with 6/24?
- Pabx configuration allows mixed analogue/isdn lines connection
Is it possible to update the pabx software?
- Yes, by Scaiterm application and serial cable. Updated versions are available on to website reserved area - “Download section”
Is it possible to connect an Urmet house phone system to an Agorà pabx?
- Yes, it is with optional house phone board.

- Yes, 1332/80 for power line and 1332/81 e /82 for telephone lines.
Which is the maximum distance from pabx to derivatives?
- 300 meters in the case of Agorà 6, 500 meters in case of Agorà 2.
Does Agorà pabx allow caller identification on derivatives?
- Agorà 6 allows caller id in maximum 8 derivatives. Agorà 2 in all derivatives connected.
Is it possible to customize DISA message and hold on music?
- Agorà 6 and Agorà can manage both audio and mp3 files or telephone recorded messages.
How many CL dedicated telephone can be supported by Agorà 2?
- In protocol 1 up to 3 telephones like Studio plus 4095/14 or Director 4091/14. In protocol 2 up to 8 Director 4095/14 or 1362/6.
Can a telephone cordless be supported by a pabx?
- Yes, because telephone cordless is comparable to standard telephone.
Is it possible to connect an ADSL line to the pabx?
- ADSL line must be provided with "splitter" device. With pabx Agorà 2 it’s possible to insert the dedicated ADSL filter board 1372/57 for line 3.
Is it possible to transfer a house phone call to an external number through the pabx?
- Yes, by activating “Doorphone call forwarding” service on the pabx.
How many house phone calls can Agorà 2 manage with dedicated boards?
- 3 calls with 1372/55 board (1+N)
  3 calls with 1372/56 board (4+N)
  1 call with 1372/53 board (Digivoice system)
  1 call with 1372/54 board (Bibus/VOP system)
How manage automatic fax switch on Agorà 2?
- With automatic fax recognition separated from DISA or by fax call routing on CLID basis.

- In three ways: by automatic or manual commutation and from external contact
Is it possible to create a list of forbidden numbers?
- Yes, both Agorà 6 and 2 can provide a “Black list” of 10 numbers available for single or all derivatives.
Is it possible to have a conversation among 2 external lines and one derivative?
- Yes, pabx Agorà 2 allows conference service both with 2 internals and an external or 2 externals and an internal.
